As an ambassador of Equiom Group, you'll provide a first-class service to our existing and prospective clients, working closely with Directors and wider management team to ensure business growth.

Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

• Assist in setting up trust or company structures for new and existing clients, working closely our Business Development resources and onboarding team to convert new opportunities
• Attend marketing meetings with potential clients and intermediaries
• Develop new intermediary relationships and nurture existing relationships to ensure continued inflow of proposals
• Track all meetings and intermediary dealings in Salesforce
• Responsible for lead generation
• Contribute to business profitability by maximising revenue from existing clients and new business/clients
• Act as relationship lead to Mandarin speaking clients
• Have day to day responsibility for all matters arising and help to achieve key strategic objectives for the business 
• Act as signatory for a portfolio of trust clients
• Maximise revenue by building quality client relationships and retention
• Work closely with Directors to achieve annual budget
• Understand and apply local legislation relating to the conduct of fiduciary business to ensure that the business complies with regulatory requirements
• Manage operational risks in accordance with local procedures
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Provide trust administration and guidance to junior members of the team
• Act as a Directorial capacity for certain client companies

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

• Comprehensive finance related experience with a significant number of years
  experience within a Fiduciary environment 
• Strong organisational and process management skills
• Holds a relevant qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA
• Strong people management skills to coach and development the team 
• Written and spoken Mandarin

• Assertive, approachable individual who can work under pressure adhering to deadlines
