Your New Role

As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll rotate through core areas of our business, gaining hands-on experience and insight into how we deliver value to our clients. This list of responsibilities provides a flavour of what you’ll be involved in:

• Prepare payment instructions for review
• Draft routine correspondence and emails
• Communicate with clients by telephone
• Develop a basic knowledge of our IT systems
• Provide general office support to the Private Wealth teams (e.g., filing, scanning, deliveries)
• Learn the fundamentals of our products and service lines
• Understand our internal policies and procedures by reviewing our administration manual
• Assist in drafting standard company minutes and trustee resolutions, and updating client profiles
• Support the billing process and help meet cash collection targets
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

• A strong academic record (any discipline)
• Some experience in customer service (can be part-time, internships, etc.)
• Previous office experience (desirable but not essential)

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
