Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
- Undertale administration tasks relevant to the incorporation of new companies across a variety of jurisdictions and prepare company incorporation documentation
- Undertake administration tasks and prepare documentation in respect of entities transferring to another administration
- Ensure AGM’s are up to date for client companies
- Input new trusts and company information onto NAV One database in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist the department to complete a full harmonisation of policies, procedures and process maps
- Assist with the filing of Annual Returns by the due dates across various jurisdictions
- Assist with data related tasks including any requests from Ops / Compliance
teams - Assist with both the lodgment and removal of safe custody items and updates
to the NAV Register - Act as the loaction NAV Champion and provide support to CRM teams on NAV One related queries
- Assist with the testing and upgrade of core systems
- Assist with the delegation of work for the team and act as a point of reference with regard to client-related queries
- Assist with the training of junior members of the team and provide support as necessary
- Ensure accurate time recording in NAV One on a daily basis so clients are billed for
time expended - Promote the Equiom brand and share our vision and values consistently internally and externally
- Undertake any other reasonable ad hoc duties as requested by the line manager
- Ensure compliance with company standards, internal policies and procedures as updated from time to time
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
- A thorough understanding of the trust concept and Trust and Company Law in
various jurisdictions, together with an understanding of the due diligence
requirements in line with GFSC rules and anti-money laundering regulations - Maintain and develop good IT skills and be able to demonstrate skill set across
the spectrum of the business systems - Hold or working towards an industry relevant qualification coupled with a number of years’ experience
Personal attributes which would be seen in the ideal applicant include;
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- Strong social skills and the ability to meet with professional contacts both in a
business and social context and to meet with clients as required
