You'll deliver outstanding administration service to our clients and manage a portfolio of companies, primarily offshore entities.
Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
- Responsible for full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of companies comprising a mixture of onshore and offshore companies registered in various jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance and mitigate risks by carrying out thorough due diligence checks, including screening and risk assessments for both new and existing clients throughout their lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, periodic reviews, and continuous monitoring
- Responsible for arranging payments of vendors for your portfolio of clients
- Compliance with provision in the Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance
- Responsible for overall revenue and a healthy accounts receivable record of your portfolio
- Act as Authorised Signatory for nominee companies
- Guide, coach and support the team members to deliver and maintain high levels of service and work standards
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
- Have a good knowledge of corporate secretarial work for Singapore and offshore entities in BVI, Cayman Islands etc.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in a service provider environment
- Hold a relevant qualifications e.g CSIS or related degree or legal qualification
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- Well versed in Microsoft skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with associates communicating in both languages (desirable)
