Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional looking to make your mark in a dynamic corporate environment? We're looking for a Senior Associate to join our growing Corporate team and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and client service.

Your New Role 

Growth – Supporting Commercial and Strategic Delivery

• Assist in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage confidential documentation
• Contribute to team revenue goals by recording time accurately, supporting debtor management, and aiding with cash collection
• Help meet performance targets through efficient task completion and timely updates to business systems

Culture – Building Strong Relationships and Team Contribution

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Handle routine communications with clients and professional advisers confidently and independently
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to senior team members as appropriate
• Act as a professional liaison with regulators, legal advisers, and external auditors

Execution – Delivering Operational and Governance Excellence

• Maintain accurate corporate records, statutory filings, and board documentation
• Prepare board meeting materials, attend sessions where required, and produce accurate minutes
• Administer a portfolio of corporate entities throughout their full lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

• Industry experience, ideally within corporate governance, legal, or compliance environments
• Experience managing a client portfolio with professionalism and efficiency.
  
  
• Currently studying for a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, STEP, ACCA, or similar) (Desirable)
• Strong commitment to excellent client service and relationship management
• A basic understanding of tax compliance issues and their relevance to corporate entities (Desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
