Are you a commercially focused leader with deep experience in Private Wealth & Family Office? At Equiom Group, we’re looking for a senior professional to play a vital role in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across our service lines

Your Impact

In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with Directors and Senior Management to deliver exceptional client service while helping guide the Group’s future direction. You’ll manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements.

Business Development & Growth 

• Identify and convert new business opportunities from warm leads and your professional network
• Develop and manage strong referrer relationships to drive new revenue streams
• Represent Equiom at conferences and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business reach
• Collaborate with the business development team on strategic proposals and market expansion opportunities

Financial Performance

• Set and achieve targets across revenue, cash collection, recovery, and invoicing
• Drive cross-selling and up-selling within the existing client base
• Maintain high personal time utilisation and support team efficiency targets

Client & Portfolio Management

• Act as a Relationship Lead and Director/Authorised Signatory for a diverse client portfolio
• Oversee and guide portfolio performance, including third-party investment oversight
• Ensure consistent delivery of service standards across jurisdictions

Operational Excellence

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including onboarding and AML/CFT procedures.
• Work with Compliance, HR, Risk, and Technical teams to streamline systems and enhance operational effectiveness
• Support recruitment, performance management, and talent development within your team

Strategic & Jurisdictional Expansion

• Contribute to strategic planning and tactical execution of local and international growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for new services, jurisdictions, and market segments

What You Will Bring 

• An approved person as required by the regulator
• Hold a professionally qualified and a member of STEP or ICSA qualified or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as accountancy or operational management
• Have extensive working knowledge the Private Wealth & Family Office 
• Have detailed knowledge of portfolio management, and oversight of external investment portfolios
• Have good business acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate team members
• Strong management and leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in Jersey and internationally
• Strong financial acumen, comfortable with budgeting, target setting, and performance analysis
• A strategic mindset with a track record of leading growth initiatives and managing complex client portfolios
