Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to take ownership of key payroll processes? We are looking for a Client Payroll Associate or Senior Associate to join our team and support a portfolio of clients with accurate, timely, and compliant payroll solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and enjoys working across a variety of businesses and industries.

Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes for multiple clients, including calculations, pay slip preparation, MPF administration, and payroll reporting

Prepare and file Employer’s Returns and handle notifications to the Inland Revenue Department

Assist clients with new applications and renewals for Employee Compensation and Medical Insurance

Handle client enquiries on payroll and employment-related matters

Maintain accurate and comprehensive payroll records for audit and compliance purposes

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

Manage tight schedules and follow up with clients to meet critical deadlines

Ensure all payroll processes comply with local statutory requirements and internal standardsSupport the Client Accounting team with basic bookkeeping and data entry as needed

Gain exposure to other service areas such as accounting and bookkeeping (with training provided)

Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures in all tasks

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

Diploma or above in Accountancy or a related discipline

At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration

Familiarity with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes Ordinance, and local tax regulations

Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Excellent communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken EnglishStrong problem-solving ability and confidence in communicating effectively with clients

Committed to providing high-quality customer service and handling client requests professionally
