Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for business operations, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration?
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our Corporate Service team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations and regulatory compliance across multiple departments.
Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
- Provide support to business development, client onboarding, trust team, company secretarial, CRMs, client accounting, taxation, payroll, visa and finance team
- Monitor and maintain good business practices and regulatory compliance for both client and in-house companies including internal procedures and Group policies
- Act as a deputy to carry out effective management and effective daily operations such as review & sign-off DocuSign transactions
- Oversee operational functions including but not limited to planning and execution of projects, (new) regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions, maintain summary of fees, maintain Asia Contacts
- Support financial functions in cash collection and debtor clearance to ensure target is met
- Advice to decide what actions shall be taken and communication to the management, finance team
- Undertake research and produce reports to client services teams including trust team
- Review and authorize invoices to make sure our fees are correct
- Review and sign off periodic reviews/ client risk assessment to ensure our clients adhere to regulatory and internal standards
- Review procedures, circulate regular reports and provide suggestions to management
- Data remediation, data accuracy and proper record-keeping such as liaison with all teams to maintain our systems in an organized and efficient manner
- Implement plans, projects for management.
- Work closely professionals and financial institutions
- Undertake ad hoc assignments
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
- At least 8 years relevant experience gained from a sizable professional firm, exposure in dealing with client service operations is preferred
- Knowledge of CSA software/Experience in Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) and PC skills
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in trust administration (desirable)
- Professional qualification in company secretarial, legal or accounting (desirable)
