As a key part of our Corporate team, you will play a key role in reviewing, analysing, and verifying client documentation. You’ll work alongside the team to identify any gaps, improve auditability and maintain rigorous records.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment and is passionate about regulatory integrity and documentation excellence.
Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
- Strengthen internal knowledge of corporate structures, entity types and documentation requirements across jurisdictions
- Support continuous improvement by identifying any trends or recurring issues that can inform future policy or training initiatives
- Contribute to enhancing scalable processes that reduce risk and improve onboarding and ongoing client file maintenance
- Contribute to team learning by sharing insights and helping refine review checklists and guidance
- Promote a culture of precision, accountability and compliance across the business
- Collaborate closely and respectfully with relationship managers, compliance officers, legal teams and operations to deliver shared objectives
- Act as a trusted point of contact for queries related to documentation standards and client file clarity
- Champion consistency, transparency and auditability in all aspects of documentation review
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and proper English translation where needed
- Validate the presence and suitability of due diligence documents, including legal entity identifiers, ownership hierarchies and risk classifications
- Identify and escalate documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in a timely and structured manner
- Maintain clear, auditable records of review outcomes and decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams to update systems and client files as needed, ensuring alignment with current standards
- Track progress against deadlines and support regular reporting on status
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
- Prior experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML, legal entity review or documentation analysis
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistently under deadlines
- Strong understanding of corporate structures and regulatory expectations in financial services
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
