Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking to make a real impact in a growing international business? We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Sales and Operations to play a pivotal role in supporting our Commercial and Local Operations teams, enabling excellence across sales, service delivery, and operational processes.

This role acts as the vital link between sales, operations, and client delivery ensuring processes run smoothly, opportunities are maximised, and growth objectives are met.

Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

• Support the end-to-end sales process, including tracking leads, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth client handovers
• Deliver accurate reporting, dashboards, and insights to support business development
• Coordinate with intermediaries, third-party providers, and referral networks to drive new opportunities
• Assist with client onboarding, issue resolution, and customer/prospect queries
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, and Service Delivery, ensuring effective collaboration
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
• Contribute to team meetings, training, and knowledge sharing to promote a positive, collaborative culture
• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including invoicing, debt management, and office administration
• Support process improvements, project rollouts, and data quality initiatives
• Act as Business Continuity Coordinator, ensuring operational resilience and compliance
• Provide timely reporting on key operational metrics, supporting senior management decision-making

What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

• 5+ years in client facing / Sales and/or Operations support role with Corporate Service Provider or Professional Service Provider
• Strong Customer support skills
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Sales or Operational background and project management experience, improving and implementing processes and support with project management
• Experience with CRM software
• Highly organised and efficient
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
