We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager, Compliance & Risk to join our team in Hong Kong. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your expertise in AML, compliance frameworks and risk management, while supporting a fast-growing international business.

What You'll Do 

In this varied role, you’ll work closely with the Regional Head of Compliance, Asia to keep our compliance framework robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting TCSP licensing obligations and ensuring requirements are met
• Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing business impact
• Assisting with AML/CFT activities including KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, screening and suspicious activity reporting
• Conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments under the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Delivering training sessions and raising awareness across the business
• Liaising with regulators and auditors during inspections and inquiries
• Maintaining compliance registers and preparing regular reports for senior management

About You 

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, AML, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience preparing compliance reports and supporting regulatory submissions
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A recognised compliance or AML qualification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) is desirable
