We’re looking for a talented Assistant Manager, Client Accounting to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine hands-on accounting work with team leadership and client interaction in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

What You'll Do 

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely client accounting services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing full sets of accounts for client entities
• Supporting Client Relationship Managers with accounting advice and client liaison
• Reviewing draft audited financial statements, tax computations and returns
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies and local regulations
• Supervising and reviewing the work of junior colleagues, providing feedback and guidance
• Supporting business development by contributing accounting insight to new opportunities
• Driving efficiency through process improvements and leveraging technology
• Coordinating with auditors and external professionals to resolve queries

About You 

We’re seeking someone who brings:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Registered student or member of a professional accounting body
• At least 5 years’ accounting experience (ideally in professional services)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, plus knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Navision a plus)
• Strong technical experience in preparing full sets of accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
