Are you ready to take the next step in your fiduciary career?

We’re looking for an organised and motivated Associate to join our Private Wealth & Family Office team. This is an opportunity to develop your expertise and work with high-value international clients in a collaborative, people-first environment.

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in the smooth administration of complex trust and company structures, supporting senior colleagues while continuing to build your technical knowledge, professional confidence, and commercial awareness.

What you’ll do

• Administer a portfolio of trust and company entities under the guidance of senior team members
• Support new client onboarding by collecting and verifying KYC and due diligence information
• Prepare and review standard documentation including minutes, resolutions, and payment instructions
• Liaise with banks, advisors, and service providers on routine client matters
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in line with internal and regulatory standards
• Record time entries and support billing and financial tracking processes
• Ensure all work meets AML/CFT and compliance requirements

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in fiduciary, trust, or company administration
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with the confidence to liaise with clients and service partners
• Commitment to studying towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP or CGIUKI)
