We’re looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic Group Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service and technical solutions.
As a Senior Service Desk Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the Group. You’ll handle complex technical issues, support key infrastructure initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement to enhance the digital experience for all users.
This role requires strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll be a trusted partner to the business, helping ensure that every user interaction reflects our commitment to operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first- and second-line IT support across multiple jurisdictions, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot user devices, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and related systems
- Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to process improvements
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and key technology projects
- Act as a local escalation point for complex IT challenges
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow and ensure compliance with IT and security standards
- Collaborate with global IT colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and user satisfaction
About You
You’ll be a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for helping others. You’ll bring a structured, solutions-driven approach and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a global team.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune
- Experience supporting both hardware and software environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
- Previous experience working in a service desk or technical support environment
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
Desirable:
- ITIL Foundation qualification
- Microsoft 365 Administrator or related certification
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools
