We’re now looking for an experienced and strategic Associate Director, Local Operations to lead our operational excellence across Singapore and Hong Kong, supporting business growth and strengthening resilience. 

The Opportunity

As Associate Director, Local Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy across both jurisdictions. Partnering with senior leadership and Central Operations, you’ll ensure operational frameworks run effectively, efficiently, and in full alignment with Group strategy.

You’ll provide oversight of teams, drive process improvement, and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on driving transformation, delivering results, and empowering people to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and implement the operational strategy for Singapore and Hong Kong in partnership with the Regional Head of Asia, Executive Directors and Central Operations
• Enhance scalability, productivity, and efficiency across departments through process optimisation and technology
• Oversee operational performance reporting and data integrity, ensuring accuracy and insight for leadership decision-making
• Drive local participation in Group-wide strategic initiatives and transformation projects
• Provide operational governance, risk management, and business continuity leadership
• Foster a high-performance culture, developing and mentoring managers and senior leaders
• Promote collaboration and alignment across jurisdictions, teams, and service lines
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and digital adoption to future proof operations

What You’ll Bring

• Proven senior operations or transformation leadership experience within professional or financial services
• Deep understanding of operational governance, risk management, and efficiency frameworks
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (Asia experience highly advantageous
• (Desirable) Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICSA/CGIUKI, PMP, or equivalent
