As part of our continued global growth, we are appointing a Group Head of Luxury Asset Services to lead, define and evolve our global luxury asset proposition across yachting and aviation, including the ownership, administration and support structures that sit behind these assets.

This is a senior, strategic leadership role with genuine global influence and a mandate to shape the long-term direction of this core service line.

Key responsibilities

The Group Head of Luxury Asset Services will be accountable for the overall strategy, commercial performance and delivery standards of the service line globally. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and delivering the global strategy for Luxury Asset Services, including priority markets, target client segments and future service development

• Driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth, building a strong and well governed pipeline of high quality mandates

• Leading and developing specialist luxury asset teams across multiple jurisdictions, setting clear expectations and consistent standards

• Building a strong culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across locations and disciplines

• Establishing and maintaining consistent global delivery standards, ensuring a high quality, client centric experience across all jurisdictions

• Ensuring robust governance, risk management and compliance oversight across complex, high value asset structures

• Providing senior oversight and guidance on complex mandates, including ownership structuring, administration models, financing considerations and asset lifecycle events (acquisition, operation, transition and exit)

• Developing and strengthening senior relationships with clients, intermediaries, brokers, advisors and industry partners to support growth and referrals

• Working closely with colleagues across Private Wealth, Corporate Services, Tax and Operations to deliver joined up, coordinated client solutions and maximise cross service opportunities

• Sponsoring operational improvement, process optimisation and technology initiatives to support scalability, efficiency and service excellence

What we are looking for

We are seeking a credible, commercially minded leader who combines strategic vision with strong execution capability. The right candidate will bring:

• Significant leadership experience within luxury asset services, private wealth, fiduciary, corporate services or a closely related professional services environment

• A strong commercial track record, including business development, senior relationship management and conversion of complex opportunities

• Demonstrable experience leading multi jurisdictional or cross-functional teams, with the ability to drive consistency and performance at scale

• A sound understanding of governance, risk and regulatory frameworks applicable to high value asset ownership and administration

• Sector experience or strong exposure to yachting, aviation or related ownership ecosystems

• The credibility and confidence to engage with ultra high net worth clients, intermediaries and senior internal stakeholders

• A collaborative leadership style, high professional integrity and a commitment to excellence in client service
