About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Corporate Services to join our Dubai office. This is a key role, responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities while supporting and developing a small, high performing team delivering corporate administration, governance and fiduciary services.
The role ensures exceptional client service, operational excellence and full compliance with regulatory, legal and Group standards. Working closely with the Associate Director, the Manager will also support business growth, process improvement and collaboration across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Business Growth
Manage a portfolio of client entities, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance across all deliverables
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries
Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and introduce additional services
Support business development activities, including client onboarding, proposals and presentations
Contribute to financial performance through accurate time recording, fee recovery and cost control
Provide operational insights and feedback to improve service delivery and the overall client experience
Leadership & Team Development
Coach and support team members with clear objectives and accountability
Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing within Corporate Services and across other teams
Provide constructive feedback, mentoring and development support to junior team members
Act as a professional role model, demonstrating strong ethical standards and behaviours
Contribute to initiatives that enhance team engagement, performance and morale
Operational Delivery & Compliance
Oversee day to day administration of client entities, including preparation and review of statutory documents, minutes and resolutions
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, AML/CFT standards and internal policies
Act as an authorised signatory on client entities where appropriate, exercising sound fiduciary judgment
Review and approve work completed by junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain accurate and up to date client and company records in internal systems
Monitor workflow and priorities to ensure deadlines are met accurately and efficiently
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management activities
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
Proven experience in corporate fiduciary or professional services
Strong understanding of company law, regulatory obligations and corporate governance
Experience managing a portfolio of clients and leading a small team
Excellent organisational, communication and attention to detail skills
Professional qualification (STEP, CGIUKI, ACCA or equivalent) or working towards one
Desirable
Experience with multi jurisdictional structures
Exposure to client accounting or financial statement review
Experience in process improvement or systems optimisation initiatives
