We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Private Wealth to oversee the delivery of exceptional fiduciary services while developing high performing teams and deepening valued client relationships.

This is a pivotal leadership role combining technical expertise, client stewardship and operational oversight which is ideal for a confident fiduciary professional ready to shape portfolio growth and team success within a global organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and develop a portfolio of trust, company and private wealth structures

• Build and maintain trusted client and intermediary relationships

• Support business development, onboarding and cross service opportunities

• Lead, coach and develop Assistant Managers, Senior Associates and Associates

• Review complex transactions, resolutions and statutory filings

• Monitor portfolio financial performance including billing, WIP and recovery

• Ensure compliance with governance, AML/CFT and regulatory requirements

• Drive process, system and workflow improvements

• Act as a director, signatory or controlled function, exercising sound fiduciary judgement and governance oversight

What You Bring

• 5–7 years’ experience in fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services

• Proven experience managing client portfolios and leading teams

• Strong technical knowledge of trust and company administration

• Experience reviewing work and developing junior colleagues

• Professional qualification (STEP/CGIUKI) or actively studying

• Commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
