We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Private Wealth & Family Office to manage a portfolio of complex client relationships while leading a team to deliver high quality private wealth administration and governance services.
This role combines strong technical expertise, leadership capability and client relationship management. The successful candidate will support the Associate Director/Director in achieving business objectives through effective team leadership, client service excellence and operational efficiency.
A key focus of the role is ensuring the team operates in line with Group standards and local regulatory requirements, while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships across jurisdictions and service lines.
The role may also include acting as a director on client entities or serving as a signatory/controlled function, demonstrating sound fiduciary responsibility and governance awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Business Growth
Manage a portfolio of complex client entities, ensuring high standards of service delivery, accuracy and responsiveness
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services
Support cross selling opportunities across jurisdictions and service lines
Assist the Associate Director/Director in driving portfolio performance
Participate in new business onboarding and client transitions
Contribute to proposals, fee quotes and client presentations
Act as a key point of contact for clients, intermediaries and professional advisors
Leadership & Culture
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Managers, Assistant Managers and Associates
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions and service lines to deliver a consistent client experience
Support team development through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback
Role model organisational values and promote an inclusive, supportive working environment
Operational Delivery & Governance
Oversee day to day client administration, ensuring work meets legal, regulatory and internal standards
Act as a director on client entities or hold signatory/controlled functions where required
Review complex transactions, agreements and private wealth documentation
Ensure risk management, AML/CFT and compliance policies are applied consistently
Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, technology and standardisation
Manage workflow, priorities and resources to ensure timely, high quality delivery
Support audits, internal reviews and compliance checks, addressing findings where required
Oversee the governance of new client onboarding, ensuring all acceptance processes meet internal policies, due diligence standards and regulatory requirements
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
Essential
6–8 years’ experience in trust, company or fiduciary administration
Professional qualification (STEP, CGIUKI or equivalent) or working toward completion
Experience supervising, mentoring or leading a team
Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, company law and regulatory obligations
Proven experience managing a portfolio of complex client structures
Desirable
Experience working across multiple jurisdictions
Exposure to private office or family governance services
Familiarity with billing systems, trust administration software and document management tools
Experience driving operational improvements or efficiency initiatives
