We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team in Monaco.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a high quality front of house experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the organisation’s professionalism and standards.
In addition to reception duties, you will support the smooth day to day running of the office through effective coordination of administrative and operational tasks, contributing to a well organised and efficient workplace.
Fluency in French and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Experience
Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to clients, visitors and colleagues
Act as the first point of contact, managing calls, enquiries and visitor interactions
Ensure a consistently high standard of presentation across reception and meeting areas
Office Coordination & Administration
Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor access and office logistics
Support administrative tasks including mail handling, couriers, supplies and general office coordination
Maintain accurate records of visitors, deliveries and office activities
Assist the Operations team with day to day administrative and coordination tasks
Collaboration & Culture
Work closely with the Operations team and wider business to support daily activities
Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
Foster a welcoming, inclusive and professional office environment
Demonstrate a proactive, flexible and team oriented approach
Operational Excellence
Support the smooth running of office operations through effective organisation and attention to detail
Identify opportunities to improve reception and office processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a receptionist, front of house or administrative role
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional, discreet and client focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
