You’ll gain exposure to complex client work while developing your leadership and people skills by supporting and coaching junior colleagues, building a strong and well rounded skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer client entities with accuracy and timeliness

• Support onboarding, due diligence and KYC processes

• Prepare documentation (minutes, resolutions, agreements)

• Maintain audit ready records and ensure regulatory compliance

• Monitor transactions and escalate risks where needed

• Mentor junior colleagues and support team collaboration

• Identify opportunities to enhance client services

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in fiduciary/trust/company administration

• Strong understanding of fiduciary principles and structures

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Working towards a professional qualification (STEP, CGIUKI or similar)
