Looking to start your career in a unique and growing team in Finance?

We’re looking for an Assistant Associate (Trainee) to join our Crewing team. You'll support the management of the crew. This is an entry level role where you’ll learn the fundamentals of crewing, payroll and compliance, while gaining hands on experience in a supportive team.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to learn by doing.

You’ll support the day to day running of crewing services, helping with administration, documentation and coordination tasks, while building your understanding of how the industry works. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you as you develop your skills and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Crewing team with day to day admin and coordination tasks

• Maintaining accurate crew records, databases and documentation

• Assisting with employment, payroll and compliance paperwork

• Supporting onboarding and general crew administration

• Helping prepare reports and basic documentation

• Responding to internal queries with guidance from the team

• Ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Educated to A-Level (or equivalent) or relevant qualification

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Willingness to learn and build a career

Desirable

• Previous admin or internship experience
