We’re looking for a proactive Associate who enjoys working with detail, is eager to learn and wants to grow in a structured and supportive environment.
About the Role
As an Associate, you’ll support the delivery of fiduciary services by assisting with day-to-day administration and client-related tasks. You’ll work closely with more experienced colleagues, building your knowledge of trust and company structures, compliance requirements and client service standards.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is keen to learn and develop.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Growth & Learning
Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering and processing KYC and due diligence documentation
Support the administration of trust and company structures, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
Help with time recording and billing processes
Take part in training and development activities to build your technical knowledge
Begin to understand how your work contributes to client relationships and overall service delivery
Contributing to a Positive Team Culture
Provide reliable day-to-day support to colleagues across the team
Get involved in team meetings, projects, and shared objectives
Flag any inconsistencies or concerns to senior team members
Handle sensitive information with care and discretion
Communicate clearly, professionally, and collaboratively with others
Delivering Quality Work
Prepare standard documentation such as resolutions, payment instructions, and correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Liaise with banks, advisors, and other service providers on routine matters
Record time spent on tasks accurately
Follow AML/CFT requirements and internal procedures
Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations where needed
What You’ll Bring
Essential
Up to 2 years’ experience in an administrative, financial, or fiduciary environment or a strong academic background with transferable skills
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
An interest in working towards a professional qualification (e.g. STEP, CGIUKI)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable (but not essential)
Some exposure to trust or company administration
Familiarity with administration systems or document management tools
Experience supporting payments, reporting, or client-related tasks
