About the role
Responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities and delivering corporate secretarial, company administration, and governance services. The role coordinates company incorporations, statutory filings, regulatory compliance, and ongoing entity administration, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and internal standards. Acting as a key contact for clients and intermediaries, the position provides professional guidance, maintains strong stakeholder relationships, and contributes to operational excellence and high-quality client service.
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
Previous experience in corporate services, company secretarial, corporate administration, or governance-related roles, ideally within a fiduciary, professional services, legal, accounting, or financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, statutory filing requirements, and corporate governance best practices.
Experience managing a portfolio of entities and coordinating company incorporations, annual compliance requirements, and regulatory filings.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to provide professional guidance to clients.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and corporate administration systems
