We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trust Officer to join our growing Singapore team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with approximately 2 years' experience in trust, fiduciary or corporate services who is looking to take the next step in their career.

As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate structures, ensuring high standards of client service, compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer trust and corporate structures accurately and efficiently

• Support client onboarding activities, including KYC and due diligence reviews

• Prepare trust and corporate documentation, payment instructions and correspondence

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure files remain audit-ready

• Liaise with banks, professional advisers and other third-party service providers

• Assist with billing, invoicing, payments and time recording

• Support AML/CFT compliance requirements and internal policies

• Identify and escalate risks, inconsistencies or matters requiring senior review

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service

About You

• Approximately 2 years' experience within trust, fiduciary, corporate services or private wealth

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Good understanding of client onboarding, KYC and compliance requirements

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Reliable, professional and committed to delivering high-quality work

• Studying towards, or interested in pursuing, a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI would be advantageous
