We are looking for an experienced and motivated Trust Assistant Manager to join our Singapore team. This is an exciting opportunity for a trust and fiduciary professional with 5 years' or more experience who is ready to combine client administration responsibilities with team leadership and development.
You will manage a portfolio of trust and corporate structures, support the delivery of exceptional client service and play an important role in coaching junior team members while contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of trust and corporate structures, ensuring accurate and timely administration
Build strong client relationships and act as a day-to-day point of contact for administrative matters
Review and prepare trust and corporate documentation, trustee decisions, statutory filings, transactions and correspondence
Oversee client onboarding, periodic reviews and ongoing compliance requirements
Ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, fiduciary obligations and internal policies
Liaise with banks, auditors, advisors and other professional service providers
Support billing, fee reviews, WIP management and portfolio profitability
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and client experience
Where authorised, act as a director, signatory or controlled function for client entities
Team Leadership
Supervise and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth
Review work, provide coaching and constructive feedback
Manage workflow allocation and support the delivery of team objectives
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement
About You
5 years' plus experience within trust, fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services
Strong technical knowledge of trust and company administration
Experience reviewing work and supporting the development of junior colleagues
Good understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory requirements
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
STEP, CGI or a similar professional qualification (or currently studying towards one) would be highly advantageous
