We're looking for a positive, organised and customer-focused Assistant Associate to join our Private Wealth & Family Office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who is keen to develop new skills, gain valuable experience and build a long-term career within the fiduciary industry.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll support the administration of trust and company structures, help deliver exceptional client service and gain hands-on experience while benefiting from training, mentoring and professional development opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the team with a range of administrative and client service activities
Assisting with client onboarding and the collection of due diligence documentation
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring files are up to date
Preparing documents, forms and correspondence using established templates
Supporting transactions, banking instructions and reporting activities
Providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders
Learning about trust, company and fiduciary administration through hands-on experience and training
What We're Looking For
A good academic background (A Levels or equivalent)
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and helping others
