The Opportunity
We're looking for an Associate, Corporate Services to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements are met. You'll work closely with colleagues and clients, helping to deliver efficient, accurate and high-quality corporate administration services.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the administration of a portfolio of client entities
Maintaining statutory records, company registers and regulatory filings
Supporting client reviews and ongoing compliance activities
Assisting with onboarding processes, including KYC and due diligence requirements
Preparing client correspondence and corporate documentation
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
Supporting billing activities and maintaining client account accuracy
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
What You'll Bring
We're interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate:
Essential
Experience within corporate services, trust and fiduciary services, or a similar administration environment
Knowledge of company administration, entity structures and regulatory requirements
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and business systems
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable
Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification
Experience working with international or cross-jurisdictional structures
Knowledge of AML, compliance and regulatory frameworks
Previous experience supporting a client portfolio
